FULL DAY: Machu Picchu by Vistadome Panoramic Train
Cusco – Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes
Your adventure begins early in the morning with hotel pickup from Cusco or the Sacred Valley. In private transportation, you’ll travel through scenic mountain landscapes to the train station in Ollantaytambo. From there, board the Vistadome panoramic train, where you’ll enjoy a 1 hour and 45-minute journey surrounded by breathtaking views of farmland, rivers, towering mountains, and snow-capped peaks.
The Vistadome train offers large panoramic windows on the sides and ceiling, immersing you in the beauty of the Sacred Valley. On the return journey, enjoy a unique onboard fashion show featuring exclusive baby alpaca garments—an elegant touch to a memorable experience.
Machu Picchu Historic Sanctuary
Upon arrival at Aguas Calientes, your guide will meet you at the train station and lead you to the bus terminal. After a 30-minute uphill ride, you’ll arrive at Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Feel the magic as you enter the ancient Inca citadel. With your expert guide, explore the most important sectors—like the Temple of the Sun, the Sacred Plaza, and the Intihuatana. Return to Ollantaytambo and Cusco
In the afternoon, board the return train to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, our driver will be waiting with a personalized sign to bring you back to your hotel in Cusco. You’ll arrive in the city in the early evening.
